The flag of Burkina Faso is formed by two equal horizontal bands of red (top) and green with a yellow five-pointed star in the center. The red is said to stand for the socialist revolution, and the green for the richness of Burkina Faso. The yellow star represents the guiding light of the revolution. Our international flags are accurately reproduced to exact specifications. The flag has 2 brass grommets on the left edge for hanging. The 4″x6″ size is mounted to a staff with a spear top. Polyester flags are imported and not recommended for prolonged outdoor use. For outdoor use, we recommend our nylon flags. Also available below is an indoor/ceremonial version of the flag with a pole sleeve and gold fringe.
